CERTIFICATED DIPLOMA COURSE in Pre-conceptual, Pregnancy & Post Natal Care
This valuable course will teach you how to use reflexology and the holistic approach to health to create with your client a pre-conception programme to help your client become pregnant and give birth to a healthy baby.
The course is designed to give you an insight into female and male fertility issues identifying some causes of miscarriage in pregnancy. You will be taught how to use holistic reflexology to help achieve and support a viable pregnancy. You will learn how to use reflexology to help stimulate ovulation, reduce pregnancy-associated problems and help bring about a natural labour.
This practical element of the course will show you a range of powerful reflexology techniques which have had wonderful results.
Our Pregnancy Reflexology courses are about empowering you and your client through the knowledge and skills you will learn.
We will address the issues of creating healthy sperm and ova through balanced nutrition and by focusing on environmental toxins and minimising the risks on the body. The course will look at body ecology and how to create the best internal environment to achieve a healthy pregnancy.
The course helps you to think holistically and creatively and gives you the information to help your client make educated lifestyle choices for herself.
Some of the information you will learn:
Did you know that anti-histamines dry up the mucus all over your body?
This would impact of the quality of cervical mucus during the time of ovulation and decrease the chances of becoming pregnant.
You need to be able to fight infections to create a healthy environment to nurture a baby.
Sugar can reduce your ability to fight infection by 50% and most concentrated forms of sugar are vitamin- and nutrient-free. Your body needs to be healthy to maintain a viable pregnancy; if it is not you may increase your risk of miscarriage. A bar of chocolate probably contains hydrogenated fats; these can stop the body making good use of the essential fats that you require in order to become pregnant. All sugars cause a rapid increase in blood sugar levels which can disrupt the balance of the hormones, potentially making it harder to become pregnant.
Did you know that commercial lubricants can cause infertility?
Chemicals in commercial lubricants can kill sperm and affect sperm motility by 60-100%. They should be avoided to increase the chances of becoming pregnant.
The course will show you an overview of the endocrine and reproductive systems and look at positive steps to balance the hormones and increase sperm count. We will look at ways to reduce the impact of synthetic oestrogens on the body; this can help with fertility as well as any oestrogen-dominant conditions like fibroids or endometriosis.
After the birth is a very important time to re-balance the hormones to avoid post-natal depression. You will learn how reflexology can help assist the metabolism to work more efficiently. Reflexology can even help to stimulate breast milk and uterine contractions which can help get your client’s figure back.
The techniques you will learn will mainly be on the feet. You will also be taught simple hand Reflexology points to give to your clients so that they can help themselves. The techniques on the hand are based on the revised sequences in my book Hand Reflexology published by Hamlyn.
The course is open to qualified Reflexologists. There is no examination for this course. Places are limited. If you wish to book a place on the course send in the course booking form below along with your course fee and you will receive confirmation by email.
On completion of the course you will be awarded with a London School of Reflexology Diploma in Reflexology in Pre-conceptual, Pregnancy & Postnatal Care

CERTIFICATED DIPLOMA COURSE in Spinal Reflexology
This powerful form of reflexology is based on stimulating the spinal reflexes on the feet. You will be taught techniques to energize effectively each individual vertebra and this will help to identify nerve roots out of balance. A nerve root exits through the vertebrae to reach specific organs and muscles. By using spinal reflexology you will learn to recognize the organs in the body that are not functioning correctly. Often, clients will feel sensitivity in the spine but have no association with back problems; spinal reflexology can help identify what reflexes are really out of balance. Conversely, back problems can inhibit the proper functioning of the organs. With spinal reflexology you can work on the spinal reflexes and help to correct imbalances in parts, organs and systems of the body.
Spinal reflexology can make a difference to your client
A client of mine had a skiing accident some years ago and damaged her lower back. She wanted to conceive but had two miscarriages within one year. Through spinal reflexology I was able to identify compression to the nerve root of Lumbar three which can be associated with urinary problems, painful or irregular periods, or miscarriage. We were able to review the treatment plan to include spinal reflexology with fantastic results.
Did you realize you can identify and help adrenal overload or depression through spinal reflex Thoracic nine?
Thoracic nine is the nerve root that is associated with the adrenal glands. By working on the adrenal reflexes and Thoracic nine you can create a far more effective treatment and have a better outcome for your client.
This fascinating and unique practical day course will enable you to treat the internal organs of the body by accessing them through the foot spinal reflex.
Often a client’s condition can take many treatments to achieve positive results with Reflexology. With the use of Spinal reflexology you can not only treat the direct reflex but also understand how to access the peripheral nerves to a specific organ or part of the body. The client can have a more effective response to the treatment. Additionally, you can identify problem areas in the body just by working the associated spinal nerves.
During the course you will discover how to treat a range of disorders from inner ear conditions to gall stones or hypothyroidism by stimulating the spinal nerves that control these organs. This will give you a new dimension to your treatments.
You will be able to work the spine and recognise which specific organs of the body are not functioning effectively for your client. The course will help you understand the spine and its functions better and recognise why clients often have such sensitive reactions when treating the spinal column.
We will perfect your techniques for the spine and you will learn how to stimulate each vertebra to an advanced level with new confidence.
The spine will take on a totally new meaning and importance within your treatments! This course will allow you to treat your client’s illnesses with a totally new approach
On completion of the course you will be awarded with a London School of Reflexology Spinal Reflexology Certificate.
